What are these?

I noticed this on my palm this morning,are they seeds? Thanks in advance.

It's an inflorescence, but the photo's not really clear enough to see whether it's flower buds or seeds. Which palm species is it?

You should notice if they're flowers, if they open. But there are separate male and female plants, so unless you have a few including the opposite sex you won't get viable seed.
