I have tons of lantana that I know is going to get hit with first frost (which we haven't had yet). Can anyone tell me how to harvest these seeds? Thanks, vic
Lantana Seeds - How??
Look for little black berries thats the seed.
Do you wait for the black berries to dry out after a frost, or pick and dry them indoors? This is my first year growing them and I'm trying to start some cuttings, but want to save seeds too. Thanks, Lou
I dont get much frost here so I let them dry on the plants. Sorry I cant help U.

dispatcher..Im pulling seed for the first time too. I waited until the seed went from green to black, then dried up...then Im pulling them. They need to dry out a while...then they should be good to put in envelopes. I hope this is right....this is how I will handle them unless I hear different.

Each black seed pod is full of tons of tiny, tiny seeds, just [plant the whole berry, they need to turn black and dry as much as possible on the bush,
