Maryland Orchid Society Spring Show
Thank you I have something on Sat March 13 but can go either on Friday or Sunday. I wonder if there is a web page with info?
Sounds like fun!
It does sound like fun. We went to the Maryland Home & Garden Show a few years back, lots to see there!
Holly, Maryland Orchid Society does have a website but there's not much information there, doesn't even tell you where their show is? http://marylandorchids.org/ I figured it was probably held in conjunction with the MHGS, more info here: http://www.mdhomeandgarden.com/
Hey Stormy, The Mole Hunter is one of their speakers! I also noticed that Francis Metal Works is going to be one of the exhibitors in the Craft Hall. They're the ones who make those terrific stone birds I've got on my "wish list" :) http://www.francismetalworks.com/
http://marylandorchids.org/annual_show.html this is the adress where you can get all the informations that you want .

Orchid, I saw that but it's their 2009 schedule!!! I can't believe it's less than a month away and they haven't even updated their website?
RCN, I have VOLES. not moles. They have very different habits. But thanks for the heads up.
RNC48: Here is the schedule for the Maryland orchid society show, I copied from their sites.
THE MARYLAND ORCHID SOCIETY'S 2010 SPRING SHOW AND SALE
March 12-14, 2010, "Orchids, A Feast for the Senses" Times are the same Friday and Saturday from 10AM to 9PM , Sunday 10AM to 6PM
I went into their sites and found the right dates and times , Yes they are posted it is just a question of looking at the right place... Not obvious.
Great--I'm very interested in seeing that show. I know I would come away with new orchids if I could bag any. Thanks for posting the announcement, orchid.
There is no doubts that I will be going with one of my friends, I just have to refrain myself from buying too many I only have so much space my house. But they are so tempting...
I also noticed that Francis Metal Works is going to be one of the exhibitors in the Craft Hall. They're the ones who make those terrific stone birds I've got on my "wish list" :) http://www.francismetalworks.com/
Wow, Debbie - those are sooooo cool. Haven't seen anything like them before. THANKS for helping me add to my wish list! LOL!
