HELLO EVERYONE. WELCOME TO SEED AUCTION # 8. This will be a Christmas theemed auction.
HI, I'm MEKOS. If you have any questions, please send me a D-MAIL private so we keep this thread open for bids only- NO CHATTING in thread-PLEASE.( It makes it hard to keep up with bids with chats in between posts.)
This auction will run from December 1st NOW through December 10th at 6:00pm when winning bid will be announced. Since the holidays will be just around the corner winner will need to mail the bid seeds by December 12th to MEKOS, so it will have time to arrive before the holiday travels start.
The winning bid will win all these seeds, plus many more surprise seed packs.
I want everyone to just have fun and PLAY so amount of seeds you bid is not important.
ALL BIDS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
You may bid seeds for flowers, vegetables, whatever you like-(no children or pets please.)

IN THE MEANTIME, it has been brought to my attention that a whole community needs our help. If you have extra vegetable seeds you can spare for a very poor area that was devistated by a typhoon and lost everything they had , it would be appreciated. They lost their families, homes, food clothing and just everything. They grow their own food and despirately need seeds for food. IF you can help, please contact cajuninky for more information. ANYTHING at all will be appreciated. These people are in the Philipines and despirately need our help.

Since the winning bid will be going to help these 2 different areas, I've asked Arejay59, for the new bees and CajuninKy for the Philipines people , to help me to choose the bid that will help them the most.
I do want to thank everyone who has generously bid and even if you don't win the auction this time, please keep playing because we're really doing a good thing here and there is always a need for seeds. I also invite anyone who would like to host an auction to contact me and we'll set up the auction for you to show your seeds and trade also. Everyone is welcome.

WooHoo- you go RRM. Love them babies.
Keep in mind there will be other surprise seed packs added that are not mentioned so when the winner gets them, it will be a surprise. But all are guaranteed to be nice. Will make a very nice Christmas colored garden.

Oh No if it is the peony poppies I have those in black. LOL mekos I would love to bid if I had something different that what you have up there., but I would just be exchanging them for the same thing. You have just sent me so much that I have the most of it already sweetie. If I had some of my bulbs up I would bid them but then I would just have to tell you to keep them and send them to arejay, but all are in the ground and it is to cold here to go out and dig them LOL
But you ARE doing a good thing so keep up the good work.

why I'm even bidding I have no idea! there are 5 things on there I would like, but with the piggy seed swap, the unusual seed swap, and all the seeds my friend Judy left me, I really don't NEED anymore, but it's too much fun! LOL

Sure, so bid lots of seeds. Hehe It's just a fun way to give what you were gonna give anyway. You can also ask that the seeds up for bid go to arejay as well or keep out what you want and send the rest to her yourself so bid lots of seeds. The more the merrier. Arejay will take all she can get and CajuninKY too. So have a big heart and BID GOOD!

NO, you only send it if you win the auction. If not ,you keep what you bid. Of coarse anyone that would like to send Arejay59 seeds for the newbies anyway sure would be welcome to do so, I'm sure she would appreciate it and if they have any vegie. seeds, CajuninKY would appreciate any of those sent her way for those people she is trying to help to plant food to eat. So remember this is all for a good cause and be generous with your seeds and help lots of people this year.
