Tall climbing vine for shade?

Hi All,

I want to plant a flowering climbing vine alongside the front door (which is in full shade and has an overhang). In addition, I'd like it to climb along the overhang which goes all along and above the garage door. This is mostly a shade area so I wondered what would do well?

Any thoughts?

are you thinking of annual or perennial vine?

that's a great choice. Also consider climbing hydrangea.Climbing oleader will be fine in shade as well.
