The butterflies and bees seem to like the new plants, especially the coreopsis "Route 66". I'm so glad I bought out Lowe's stock of it. Dad did a good job of planting everything while I supervised (I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue so Dad does the hard work). I planted a few of the smaller plants in the shade and watered them in since our thunderstorm went north and we only got enough to wet the top of the soil. Here's a picture of the front of the house where we were working; I can't wait until the plants grow a bit and get settled in and bloom some more.
