I saw the live coverage of Ty and Sam Champion this morning. Pretty neat to see them down there. I hope they do smaller houses than normal but knowing them they won't. lol.

Happ, they say that the heat and a/c bills are the same if not better than the old homes. The new homes are alot more energy efficient. But the property taxes and insurance are another matter. There are some that have a hard time paying them because they go up.

Thanks for the compliments on the pic. I got several shots of him in the pot but that was the one where he turned and looked at me with eyes wide open. lol
