Powell Gardens doesn't even grow bamboo except for this one clumping kind where the perennial garden meets the rock and waterfall garden. And it's a clumping bamboo so it behaves better. A very deep concrete trough with at least a foot of concrete sticking above the ground is the best way to grow it. Or build a planter on a deck that has no way for the bamboo to escape. lol Purple and red salvia |
