Hey Louise, I will be baking the Mango cake with real mangoes, on the weekend...My family and friends will enjoy it.
We will have Christmas cake as well, but the Mango cake with a dob of cream, is really yum....
Thank again for the recipe.

Today was my mother's christmas party at her care facility....there was an amazing magician there to entertain the residents.

Must go and try to collect the seed from the double poppies...I have put a tag on the doubles, but they are buried under the Scabiosa, which is threatening to smother everything.......the Scabiosa plants that I purchased have stayed at a reasonable height, but the seedlings are twice as tall....in fact they resemble Cosmos....maybe you have to cut them back when they are young..to make them more compact....
Oh well, the flowers are very pretty.
