I was surprised by the Shasta Daisies, Baby's Breath and White Sweet Williams...I had winter sown them winter '09 and then transplanted them for the of summer '09, They only had foliage last year [which being a newbie I didn't realize that was how they roll]. This year I walked down to check on things and before anything else that bed was overflowing with blooms and flowers.

Now the bed seems to be all but dying....not brown foliage just dead flowers. So do I cut back all the flowers? Will they bloom again?

Also the gutter on that side was overflowing [fixed now] and the the downpour went straight into the middle of the bed...I have a large rock I plan to move to that spot for next year...to try and help if it happens again.
