It's a corner lot, first off, and the previous owner annexed an extra patch of land that wasn't large enough for a house (but was more than large enough for a detached 2.5 car garage). All total, it's a quarter acre, which is plenty for me. Since it's all brand new (I moved in mid-September '08), I have a lot of work to do this spring. The yard once was very loved, but the people who owned it last neglected it. I'm looking forward to showing it love once again. :)
