If anyone grows snow or snap peas, pick and cook the thinned plants, up to 12" in broth or chop and stir fry. They taste just like the peas! These are sold in Asian markets for a premium above snow peas. You can start harvesting greens, with a snow pea flavor, a good month earlier.
