Just got a text from a friend in Bellaire saying the winds are picking up. She said they are supposed to get 5" of rain per hour beginning around 11pm.

I was going to hang outside for a while to get some pictures, but the cicadas are out en force...geez. Even Prissy had her ears pulled back. She was looking around trying to figure where all that noise was coming from. I took a couple of pictures before coming inside.
