Very pretty sky country there; the passing storm sounds exciting.
Joey - tossing out another wild guess: D/1983. Pretty blue sky and fluffy white clouds there in your area...the Fairbanks team is not a "huge" rival. That would fall to the nearest town of Wasilla.
