When This situation sets up there is a significant chance of storms In the coastal counties as well as in portions of clay and Putnam counties stalling over an area and dropping large Amounts of rainfall. While not all areas in the flood watch Will see excessive rainfall today it is possible that some Isolated areas may see rainfall in excess of five inches. |
