I do have help - it doesn't really look so organized when it's going full tilt. But I love 'messy' gardens. It does take some organizing to get them right though.

And yes, you're right. When everything's growing everything is hard to get to. I've got tiered gardens in the back and a lot of the growing spaces are more than 8 feet deep and they are stocked. I am going to buy a pair of ratchet pruners and loppers because my hands aren't strong so I'm getting that under control. There are some Japanese Maples that I've been wanting to prune and I want to do it myself! There is a lot to figure out but I'm excited to be back in the garden.
