This one is loose and the leaves cascade down and in the late summer it has plumes that are a purple color. It is winter hardy (the first one I bought wasn't) but I wondered if your group wants some of that? Here's the plume at least and I think it may be black fountain grass at least those photos on the internet look like mine.
