Jeff--
This, and 3 more, clumps of Liatris are in my neighbor Olga's bed tht faces my house.
She said i could dig up at least one of the clumps--and i will do so when it is
done blooming. She said it is encroaching too much on her Hydrangea.
I will try to talk her out of two clumps. They all are massive! I am envious....

I have a small clump of it in my YUK bed--but it does not thrive there...
it only has a few stems...I can' barely see it. Not everything likes this bed....too tight.

Here--I will go out and take some pictures of Olga's bed...

1--All 4 clumps with Hydrangea between them. They sure have spread!
2--Two clumps at the corner end of the bed
3--Blooms--close-up
4--My Liatris in my YUK bed. It gas been in here for about 4 years. Pathetic!!!
5--Glad to see my red Phlox made it...it is in my Bed-by-the-Shed.
Looks like there is another color one there too.
