I received my seeds in a timely manner. I had over 50% germination rate for peppers. The herb had a germination rate of close to 90%. My only issue - Dodder (parasitic plant) on the Sweet Thai Basil. I had to reach out to my MSU Master Gardener Extension office to figure out the issue. Apparently the seeds were infected as it was the only plants exhibiting the growth. Unfortunately, I didn't know this was an issued prior to contacting MSU and had planted the basil in my raised beds. This led to an infestation of my entire 4'x8' bed.

I liked the idea of trying a small package of seeds for 35 cents each so I decided to order from this company. They shipped in a reasonable amount of time (ordered the 14th sent the 22nd and received the 25th or 26th). They sent confirmation e-mails that they received my order and when they shipped which I liked.

The seed counts were as labeled. The tomato and pepper seeds germinated well. Out of the several herb seeds I've sown, only 1 basil seed is sprouting in 2+ weeks. I will give them a few more days under the grow lights before tossing in the hat with them.

Just wanted to update that a few more of the herbs are finally sprouting. I now have about 25% germ rate as far as the herbs go.

I really can't complain about 35 cent seed packets. I think it's a great way to plant herbs, I certainly don't need dozens of oregano plants for example. However, some of the packets did not have even the minimum seed count specified, which was disappointing. I've just started them so I will try to remember to check back and note germination and such. I would still order from this company, but would spring for the larger packets so as not to be disappointed.

Germination on some herbs was excellent, for example basil. However, some (mint, oregano, lavender) had zero germination. Interestingly a packet of lavender I picked up at our local hardware store germinated very well. Still can't condemn a company with small packets and low prices because I think it is such a great idea, but I probably will stick with Stokes or other seed companies. I'd rather pay the $1 or $2 for a good sized packet and store seeds or give away seedlings if needed, rather than have to buy another packet and replant.

Please do not sell (or plant) Isatis Tinctoria, Dyer's Wode. It is considered a noxious weed especially in the western united states. It out competes native plants, it is not a forage plant so there is no animal grazing controls. The only controls are herbicides and hand pulling. Some state may even have fines for planting this non-native noxious plant. It can and has escaped gardens which is why it is such a problem.
