Several Months ago I purchased 3 (three) Philodendron wilsonii from Plantology. They shipped me 1 (one) plant, an Alocasia portora. It was obvious to me, the wrong plant and only 1 (one). I'm a Botanist and exotic plant collector, I have been collecting and growing plants for 40 years. I know the difference between all of these plants, the people working at Plantology do not. I called the phone number listed on their website, A man, one of the managers or owners answered. I explained the situation. I sent at his request a picture of the Alocasia via text message, and sent him an email also. He offered to send me the correct plant and all 3 of them. Within a week I received only two plants, and they were the incorrect plants yet again. They sent me two Philodendron giganteum, these are climbers. I ordered 3 Philodendron wilsonii, self heading non climbers. I left a review on their website with the issue, and have given them many months to correct this problem. To this day, there has been no phone call, no email, and no attempt whatsoever from them to correct this mistake. No offer of a refund, no offer to send the correct plants, they have thrown me into oblivion as if I don't exist. How can a company, a nursery of plants not know their plants? how can you run a business like that? It makes no sense to me. They simply don't care about the customer. This has been my experience with this company. Obviously I am not going to be buying from them again.
