Comments regarding Air Plant Greenhouse

I was excited to order after seeing their beautiful pictures online, but received a box of dried out plants. Some were much smaller than their descriptions said (4” plants instead of the 7-9” plants I was told I was purchasing), and when I emailed to ask was given some vague excuses as to why I didn’t get anything close to what was described. When I tried to post some reviews on their website so people wouldn’t buy the particular plants that weren’t anything like what they promised, my reviews weren’t posted because they had to be an “approved review.” They never let mine through after multiple attempts, and it’s been months now! It seems that they don’t let anyone put negative reviews onto their website, even though I made a large order. I will definitely never use them again. Buyers beware.
