It's concerning my order $7871 dated 4/17/21. Bre from this company emailed to tell me that she would replace the dead plant...but after many emails, she failed to let me know what the status was so I emailed her back and told her to go ahead and just refund my money and until today I still have not had any reply from the company. I called their phone number but they had set it up that I I cannot leave any message and the recording said to contact them through their website which I did but received no reply. One whole year had gone by but no response. Again I emailed them today requesting for a refund since they cannot honor my replacement. . I am VERY frustrated with this company which doesn't want to honor their word. This is the worst I've ever felt when they decided to stay silent after repeated emails. This is not the way to treat a customer.
Bre, I want my refund. Please refund ASAP. I've waited long enough. Thank you.
