Comments regarding Paradise Found Nursery

They shipped me a damaged plant and told me that it still had plenty of life left in it. If I wanted a damaged ugly plant I certainly don't have to buy one. This shop doesn't care about their customers - they take advantage and send any garbage they think they can get away with. I have opened a case against then. The thing was if they owned that they messed up - if they apologized for the garbage they sent it would have a long way to resolve this issue. But nothing. Good luck Paradise Found. I will spread my story all over social media.

This customer was offered a full refund upon return of the plant, which she called ugly. The plant was very beautiful and healthy and we’d love to have it back with us 😀 She refused and demanded a partial refund under the threat of bad reviews. We are very sorry about this escalation and the offer still stands to return the plant for a full refund. "
