I ordered this yr's community garden's dahlia from Rivers. They took the order and we have called and request it to ship as early as possible. We gave instruction on the phone they agree to send the order early. It suppose to come in March but when it didn't came. We called again. They said it's coming. April nothing and then we called again and they admit that the order was put on the shelf and it wasn't fill. So meanwhile the time to plant has passed and the tuber for everyone that we waited on wasn't going to happen this yr. All their tuber was sold out(the ones we wanted) They were nice about it. They send us something that we wanted (left overs) and something else we didn't request as a gesture and also refunded all our money. Thank you but I think we could have order the tubers somewhere else if we know this order will not be fill for some reason or others. Maybe calling them to send it early have turn it into a hick-up.
