My email to Seeds 'N Such: "I am very dissatisfied with my order. 75% germination on my pepper order is bad enough, but 50% on the Jambalaya Okra is beyond abysmal. I should have either received enough extra seeds to cover the very poor germination, my money back, or at least a call or email asking if I'd like to purchase seeds with such low germination rates."
Response from service@seedsnsuch.com: "I'm sorry you are dissatisfied. All of the seeds we sell meet the requirements for the Federal Standards. Kim"
I emailed back for at least a partial refund and have not heard anything. Luckily for me, there are plenty of other reputable seed companies out there that stand by their quality seed.
On December 8th, 2020, jawick changed the rating from negative to neutral and added the following:
After a few days, Carson at Seeds "N Such refunded my substandard okra seeds and apologized for my experience with Kim in Customer Service. I will take him up on his offer to order again and adjust my review accordingly afterward. |
