Comments regarding Classic Groundcovers, Inc.

I had a very uncomfortable experience not only with their plants but with their customer service approach putting the blame on their customers instead of handling differently and perhaps acknowledging that maybe something was wrong with their 'plugs'. I bought 150 pachysandra plugs and only 63 survived. I contacted them and they took no responsibility and basically stated that it was my fault. Well, I have dealt with many companies both online and nearby and so far we have always found acceptable resolutions instead on one way blame. Definitely my first and last purchase from this company. They need better training in being a first class customer service company.
