Comments regarding Organic Worm Composting (Hoykim Industries)

I ordered worms january 11, my credit card was charged and have tried to contact them several times via email and phone, still no worms. They should be removed from daves so no one else makes the same mistake. Order from uncle jims instead, they shipped super fast,all worms were very active, even sent a moisture measuring instrument to replace plastic rake they were out of, very pleased with them.

I ordered $30 worth of red worms, and they have never been delivered, although Hoykim charged my credit card. Their voice mail is broken, they do not respond to emails, and there are several complaints outstanding at the Wisconsin Better Business Bureau. I have had to start the dispute process with my credit card company. I advise DG members to avoid any dealings with Hoykim Industries (doing business at organicwormcomposting.com).
