I try to find positive things about any bad situation, but after trying to fix the problem with the company for over 3 months, i feel that posting this review is necessary. I ordered almost $100 of seeds from this company and the shipping was decent. However, I ordered 7 different varieties of potatoes, and half of the varieties were replaced with other varieties some of which were types that I REALLY didn't want. But I figured that I could still plant them and make it work. When I opened the bags that they came in, the potatoes were so overly sprouted that the sprouts were as thick as a thumb and over 2 feet long! The seed parts were all rotted, shriveled and mushy. Also, the Pandora striped eggplant seeds that i ordered never germinated. I sent the company an email and Chris called me back a few days later but I was at work so I couldn't answer. I tried calling Chris back several times but he never answered my calls or responded to my voicemails. I called the company's general customer service line several times and left more voicemails each time. I then sent several emails and still no response. I finally gave up reaching out to them and I had to buy replacement product from another company which are growing fantastically. If it was only a loss of a few dollars, I wouldn't really care, but the potato seed was pretty expensive and I am so frustrated with their lack of response. Apparently Seeds Now, has no desire to make this right. |

I have already called USPS, my local PO, and gone to my old address, which has since been torn down. USPS keeps telling me to check back the company I ordered from. I can't get anyone to call back! So I just threw away $15.00 for nothing. |
