This is my first time ever posting a review on DG. I try to find positive things about any bad situation, but after trying to fix the problem with the company for over 3 months, i feel that posting this review is necessary. I ordered almost $100 of seeds from this company and the shipping was decent. However, I ordered 7 different varieties of potatoes, and half of the varieties were replaced with other varieties some of which were types that I REALLY didn't want. But I figured that I could still plant them and make it work. When I opened the bags that they came in, the potatoes were so overly sprouted that the sprouts were as thick as a thumb and over 2 feet long! The seed parts were all rotted, shriveled and mushy. Also, the Pandora striped eggplant seeds that i ordered never germinated. I sent the company an email and Chris called me back a few days later but I was at work so I couldn't answer. I tried calling Chris back several times but he never answered my calls or responded to my voicemails. I called the company's general customer service line several times and left more voicemails each time. I then sent several emails and still no response. I finally gave up reaching out to them and I had to buy replacement product from another company which are growing fantastically. If it was only a loss of a few dollars, I wouldn't really care, but the potato seed was pretty expensive and I am so frustrated with their lack of response. Apparently Seeds Now, has no desire to make this right.

I order several packs of seeds from Seeds Now. I planted my seeds indoors in seed starter soil. The room temperature was around 70 degrees. I carefully keep them water/moist. A couple of the cauliflower and cabbage seeds FINALLY came up, but NONE of the other seeds came up. Needless to say, I WILL NOT be ordering NO MORE seeds from SEEDS NOW.

Their shipping, on the other hand, is not great. I live less than 100 miles from their shipping location and can't seem to get the seeds in under 8 days, if at all. (My last shipment traveled 5,700 miles before reaching me). Occasionally they have sent me incorrect items, and though they said they would send the correct items, I never did receive those. Nor did I receive any follow up when I asked about them.

I would have left a neutral review here, but I'm just a little bothered by trying to leave a review on THEIR site. I've attempted to leave a 4-star, then a 3-star review on their site, but they seem to block those. I went through a confirmation process, yet those reviews were deleted. I have to assume this was done in an attempt to keep their review scores high.

If you do NOT have a negative experience with them, and they are able to properly fulfill your items, by all means, keep on purchasing from them.

I placed an order on the 15th for about $15.00 worth of seeds. My computer's auto address fill in put my old address which I could have sworn was deleted. I was so excited to order my seeds I didn't think twice since I order online all the time and never have an address issues. Anyway, it was my error for not checking, I admit that. My issue is in their lack of customer service. I have called 6 times, left 4 voicemails, send 2 emails and 2 public FB posts. Not a single response. I see them posting all the time and commenting on other people's posts but they are ignoring mine. If there is a live person there, they are choosing to not help me. I have already called USPS, my local PO, and gone to my old address, which has since been torn down. USPS keeps telling me to check back the company I ordered from. I can't get anyone to call back! So I just threw away $15.00 for nothing.
