Comments regarding ePatio Furniture Direct (ePatioFurnitureDirect)

I just bought a pair of chairs from epatiofurnituredirect. One arrived slightly damaged. I sent some photos of the damage to epatio late on Friday and they got back to me first thing Monday. They apologized profusely (even though it was not their fault) and immediately shipped out a replacement part. They are polite, professional, and competent. I'm glad to have shopped with them.

I ordered a porch swing from ePatioFurniture and couldn't be happier. Shipping was quick and the product is beautiful. It took all of 10 minutes to put the swing together and the result is an attractive and sturdy piece of furniture. I'm so pleased that I'm ordering additional items to complete the set.
