On the 21st of April I ordered and paid for a summerhouse for my seriously ill wife to enjoy what little time she has left in the garden.

I was informed by Greenfingers supplier that my order would be delivered 9 days later on 29th April
Two day's after delivery I was dismayed to discover that I had not been delivered a summerhouse but a shed.

I reported this to Greenfingers on 1st May.
10 days later! I received an answer that the supplier had been in contact and would replace my goods on 11th May

On delivery the driver noticed that two panels of the summerhouse were severely damaged.
He kindly reported this damage immediately.

Another eleven days have passed and I am still waiting for my summerhouse.

After a month I still find myself without my purchase and being in the ridiculous situation of having to negotiate with Greenfingers suppliers.
I have had to take valuable time off work for deliveries and, to try and resolve this issue.

I find it amazing that I seem to be doing all the work in this situation through no fault of my own.

I have found myself out of pocket still with no summerhouse, throughout one of the nicest May months in decades!!

I actually found the name of a CEO of the company, e-mailed him.....guess what...no reply...

I ordered several items from this company a few months ago. The delivery was reasonably quick, within a couple of weeks. Most of the order was correct, though they sent out one incorrect item - a composter instead of a raised bed kit.

I contacted them about this and they were apologetic but very slow in resolving this. After a lot of emails and pestering, and being passed on to various different staff members, they eventually collected the composter and delivered the correct item. I received the raised bed about 6 weeks from the original order, which left me with much less time for planting vegetables this summer.

When they did eventually send out the correct item, the item they sent was damaged (parts of the plastic connectors were broken). The wood and the plastic were filthy, covered in powdery rust and blue stains. I then contacted them about this and they agreed to refund the item.

I have only shopped with this seller once, and have heard more positive things from others, so this may be a fluke. However, I found their lack of organisation and failure to thoroughly check that items are correct and undamaged, in addition to the amount of time they took to resolve this problem unacceptable. They do have good prices and a wide range of products, but I wouldn't recommend them to others.
