I reached out to the company and asked if was acceptable to recieve refund or not , figured if things were true i wouldnt wish spend a penny on someone being untruthful and also rude. the owner immediately messaged me back saying (and i have saved all the emails ... that they wished to know why id ordered then asked for refund i clearly said after reading reviews i did not feel comfortable ordering from them and i apologized. immediately after this the owner called me jack@@@ and said order was refunded never order again . i felt bad because was not my intent to anger them but they clearly were being vile as people stated in reviews on fb , bbb, and plant forums. so i explained why i decided change my mind , the owner then spent next 3 hours sending me toxic nasty cussing emails trying to upset me so i left a review on an another plant forum, instantly owner messages me all nice and says ill send seeds but remove the bad review , i explained my only wish was an apology and for them to realize you can not talk to customers like this and behave like 3 yr old on tantrum. they even commented thati was hideous and that i must be lonely and trash talked me . later the owner then apologized stated they were sending order free of charge and let me decide to remove review . (i did not want them as per i stated but what ever , ofc they never came but idc about that but what i do want is to warn others of thier behavior and how nasty they were and that bad reviews were legit and indeed true. buy at your own risk but know if you deal with them they will behave poorly . |

While one persons purchase may not add up to much, the hundreds (or thousands) of orders they have taken and never filled prove to be quite profitable. This is a large scale scam and they need to be arrested. |

So after a couple weeks I filled out their customer service form and asked when my order would arrive. No answer. A couple weeks later I called a left a voicemail with their customer service. No answer. I called my credit card to open a dispute (this is now JULY). I then received another confirmation email from treeseeds.com and they said my order had been shipped and sent a ups tracking code. My order arrived a week later, well half my order. It was in zip-lock sandwich bags with tiny seeds/nuts. I hope these will germinate as I suspect they may be very young due to the size. The rest of the order consisted of two little baggies with a sticker saying they were out of stock but would send them in Oct or Nov when the new crop comes in. Very disappointing, the original confirmation email should have stated it would take 7-10 MONTHS, not days to arrive. Not sure why they can't be bothered to respond to customer service complaints. I have trouble believing their out of stock items will even arrive in oct/nov, if I even wanted to wait that long for them. It would mean planting my trees a YEAR later than I wanted to. |
