Emailed the company in late June and was told they had an issue with artfire and thought they had mailed all their orders. Said they would get mine right up. Emailed again where is my order was told it shipped on Friday. Emailed on Monday to get a tracking number and was told it was mailing on Monday. Which it did and I received Thursday today. But they did not send what I ordered they said when they printed the tag it would cost 14.20 to ship my order so instead they sent me starter plants that only cost them $9.20 to ship. I will never shop with this company again. Very disappointing experience |

Either they are "being shipped out tomorrow" or someone was too sick to send them. That's fine, I understand life happens but at least offer a refund. BUT it has been over 7 months now and I'm not going to hold my breath... |
