It is not efowl, that is responsible for the faulty equipment, they only sold it. Farm Innovators manufacturers the defective units. I don't know about anyone else, but I'm on Social Security, the chickens are a hobby and I cannot afford to send this back at my own expense. I guess I will have to just 'eat' the $51.26! When we opened the box, there were six very lively, seemingly healthy, adorable little ducklings looking up at me. My children were thrilled to say the least. In the box was a container that must have held the food, straw bedding, and a warmer to keep them warm. I was very impressed with their shipping accommodations. Through it all I received instructional e-mails from efowl.com letting me know all aspects of my order having been received, processing, and shipped. I wrote to let them know I received the ducklings in good condition and they emailed me back within 1/2 hour thanking me for my feedback. Overall, I am very happy with the ease of purchase, condition of the animals, and the quick manner of their customer service. I would definately order from efowl.com in the future. |
