Comments regarding Berries Unlimited

I contacted the company on the Labor day weekend. Surprised I was when I got a response that same day, which was Sunday. The person responding, Lidia, was rather helpful and actually advised me to order less plants that I initially intended in order to ensure that the berries will survive our brutal Wisconsin winter. The plants were ordered on Monday, Labor day, and shipped on Tuesday. I received the plants and am rather pleased with the quality of the plants and how well it was packed for shipping. Most definitely will come back to order more plants in Spring.

The owners of Berries Unlimited are like family to us here at Moongate Gardens. We do our research here at the gardens and found Berries Unlimited and called, right away we knew that this was where we wanted to do business. Located only 4 hours away we jumped in the car on a Sunday and arrived in Fayetteville AR to owners who know their "stuff" One of the owners spent half a day "educating" us on the different blueberry plants. We went away with a feeling of "look no farther"!
The phone calls to check up and if we had any other questions was great and then the day we placed our order they worked with us until we were happy. We placed a rather large order(2,000) and the Sunday we were ready they meet us at their nursery and with a wonderful crew we started loading a truck and then the owners drove the plants to us and unloaded . The cost for shipping was very reasonable and new friendships were formed.

....for a couple reasons .... First off you can not beat the price anywhere online ....and They don't rip you off on shipping like most every other online site ... And you don't half to wait weeks for you plants ...I Put my first order of 16 berry plants in on a Monday and they arrived that FRIDAY .... All plants arrived heathy in huge 1 gallon pots ...many had multiple plants in each pot ... To boot they arrived packed in pine shavings .... I immediately place a second order....The Other thing that I should talk about is the customer service .... The owner of the store is supper responsive via email ... I got thoughtful responses to all my questions within hours via email .. I emailed the owner a couple time with special requests and was accommodated ...

with Berries Unlimited I was able to get the convience of ordering online at a fair pair without having to sacrifice quality ...speed or service

What a super great company to deal with. I have had, at least, five or six orders from them including blueberries and strawberries; and each time the items were sent in great condition (and received also); orders immediately filled and quickly sent; allowed to pay by credit card or Paypal; information online on how to plant and care for berry plants; I would suggest no matter what zone you are from; please consider this the first place to go for any berry plants !

I was very happy with my order from Berries Unlimited. The price was right and shipping cost was very reasonable. The plants were big and in great shape when I got them. The shipping was very fast. I ordered 5 blueberries on Tuesday, and got them on Friday. They were mostly 18" tall, and several had blueberries on them already. One was in a thinner plastic pot, and so got a bit squashed but still looks fine on top. They have a wide assortment of blueberries, including a bunch of short varieties which is what I needed. The only email they sent was about receiving the order (and it ended up in spam), but since they arrived so quickly, I don't think another "your order has shipped" was necessary.
