Order arrived in great condition. Since I ordered in mid winter, I had requested an email when the order was to be shipped and they complied. Fans are of very good size, root system excellent. Fans are well identified. Really nice metal identification stakes were included with the order. If fans show true to name when they bloom, I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Did well even with the challenging weather 2011 presented Also I did not lose any! All were true to name. Metal stacks weathered extremely well. I am a very happy customer

Well 2012 it appears their success has overwhelmed them. I went to place my order and every variety I checked (well over 25) was already sold out. Their web site makes it so you most select and check each individual variety only to see it is sold out. I wish they would take the time to remove all those sold out and only list those remaining available. Customers will get frustrated and stop looking. I am very disappointed

Inresponse to the company's comments: I understand you desire to track demand. I would suggest you respect you potential customers time and user experience by offering a selection like the "color" for "availability". A company's success is not only depends on the quality of product which you have but also respect of present and potential customers time and offering a pleasant user experience on the web site. Needing to search through many many items that are out of stock (which takes several clicks) to find that it is sold out is not the way to do this.

I am very sorry you changed your opinion of us from positive to negative. I'd like to note that you were very pleased with the quality and value of the plants you received from us. I'd also like to note that an email was sent to all previous customers notifying that our website had been updated with a 20% discount code in early December so that our valued regular customers could have first chance at all our offerings.

We are a small family owned daylily nursery offering only field grown and propagated daylilies. We do not cut crowns or artificially propagate the daylilies. Therefore we can only offer daylilies as they reproduce naturally. We added over 150 varieties for 2012 but the quantities were extremely limited and our repeat customers bought up most of them. Some may be available in the fall.

We display on our website cultivars that are held for increase so customers can see what will be available in the future. We do offer a back in stock notification service. If you subscribe we will send an email when any cultivar becomes available.

I sincerely hope that we can again earn your business.

Updated for DavesGarden0302's response: Thank you so much for the feedback. I added indicators on the catalog index pages as to which cultivars are being held for increase. I think this will make the shopping experience more pleasurable.

Thank you
