I called about ordering some plants from them and spoke to Jim who is one of the owners. He wasn't sure if he could get me what I wanted but promised to email or call me back. After a couple of weeks they didn't call me or email so I called again and spoke with someone else. She thought they may be able to help me but would email me later that day as to what inventory they had on my plants of interest. This is 3 days later and still no word from them. In short I give up on these guys. I guess they don't need my business. Very bad customer service on their part!

I ordered 6 Viburnum acerifolium which arrived in excellent condition. The packaging was difficult to undo (as others have noted) but the plants were a good size and well rooted. While their website is awkward to use (no online ordering), they have plants not available elsewhere and I would order from them again if the need arises.

For some strange reason, most of the Viburnum acerifolium have not made it. Some that I ordered from another nursery and planted in the same location are doing fine. Very disappointed. Won't order from them again.

None of the Viburnum I ordered from them has survived. All that I got from Mail Order Natives (in Florida) and planted in the same location are doing fine.
