Order 3 packets of seeds, one of which was hard to find.
Shipped promptly. I expected them to all ship at one time, but as they became available they shipped each one, instead of waiting. Just received an email, third packet is on the way. Will followup after planting to see germination rate.

Im a new grower from southwest of Arizona. Ive order many seeds from diffrent companys out there (don't wanna name them). 0_O but every time I would order seeds it would take them at least 2 weeks, On none holidays to recieve the seeds. I came up on egardens and wow I was surprised on how fast I recieved my seeds(ordered them Thursday night and got them Monday morning). Now I have a few plants of ghost peppers and Trinidad scorpion peppers.. :D Im gonna keep on ordering my seeds from them...

I had been looking for quality seeds and exceptional service for a while and was lucky enough to stumble upon your site. The customer service is outstanding; the product was exactly as promised and I couldn't be happier. I have now ordered from you eight times and I even called because one of the seeds I had asked for wasn't available. The lady I spoke with was extremely nice and seemed to really care about the product, customers, and service. I couldn't be more pleased and I am sorry to say I don't have any ideas as to what you could do to make things better. Your website is easy to maneuver and I have given your name to several friends. I can't thank you enough for being so great to work with. I don't know how I could have gardened all these years and not known about you! I was thrilled to see that you carry everything I was looking for and even more so with how quickly everything arrived, I think it came by carrier pigeon. I can now thank you for my entire garden as everything I have is a product of your company, and the fact that all the seeds have come from small farms make me enjoy everything even more! Everything grew beautifully and my favorites are my purple dragon carrots, 5 varieties of lettuce and 8!!! Heirloom tomatoes including Black Krim and Hawaiian Pinapple! Great experience at e-gardenseed.com!After talking to jessica cocerning ghost pepers she recommended seedlings as opposed to seeds as they are quite difficult to germinate.Great advice they are doing excellent! She also returns emails/questions in a timely manner which i appeciate. Patronize them,you will not be dissappointed.

I found elderberry seed, and have full directions on how to stratify and get them to grow, where to plant them and how to get them to thrive! They arrived quickly and seem to be at least what I ordered if not a little more seed than they gaurenteed I'd receive. It will take a year to know the germination rate but the represenitive was very helpful, polite and patient, suffering through my 1000 questions with what seemed like interest. I really like the websight and the service is great ! I wish all seed companys were this good. These guys are in my permenent recomendation file and I've asked several local garden departments to offer their catalogue for it's unique variaty and outstanding service.

I emailed right after ordering to attempt to get my order before leaving the country. I received an email back that evening saying they'd be out in the next day's mail. They were received with plenty of time, and well ahead of the estimated ship time. :)

I ordered some Naga Jolokia seeds from egardenseed.com and I had an extremely positive experience.

Not only did I experience impeccable customer service, but the germination rate on my Naga seeds was well over fifty percent!
