It is well made, had clear directions. When it arrived, one part had a crack in it, probably from shipping because one box was damaged. I went to the website, sent an email explaining the problem. I heard back within 24 hours, and received the new piece in 5 days, no questions asked other than my address. Excellent customer service. |
