Comments regarding Earthworms 4 Sale

I placed my order, was charged via PayPal (won't do that again), and was sent an email from Earthworms4sale the next day saying my worms were on their way. Six days later I emailed Earthworms4sale to let them know the tracking info showed the package was not on its way; only a label put on it at the drop-off point, supposedly. Two days later I emailed again. No reply. Today I emailed them at the email address Paypal has for them. No reply. I tracked down a phone number - defunct. Tracked another phone number from PayPal - defunct. No worms. No email status update. No refund. I should have known not to do business with an entity that does not offer a phone number on their site.
Thank you for providing a venue to share negative warnings to others.

Hi folks. I just wanted to let everyone know about my experience purchasing worms. I ordered my worms from Earthworms4Sale.com. I was exited to get my worms and waited all day for them. Finally they arrived, handed to me by the delivery driver. Yeah. When I opened the bags I found a lump of bodies. SOooo disappointed. Oh well they guarantee live worms. That was March 2. 3 emails later, no response. I guess they don't care about their business. Just a heads up not to buy from Earthworms4Sale.com.

WORMLESS IN FLORIDA

I recently purchased an order for nightcrawlers and red wrigglers. I got a receipt from Paypal but not the company, so I contacted the company via their website contact link, and asked them when my order would be delivered. 2 days later with no response, I contact them again, still NOTHING! I look through their site to see if they're even a real company or if I had been duped and I see that they only ship on Mondays and since I did not order until Saturday I would wait a whole other week before my order goes out! I am very upset to say the least that they did not make that clear at the time of purchase, and even more so that they did not respond to my 2 inquiries. I am still debating on whether or not to cancel my order, they are a poor company to say the least!

I placed an order for red worms on March 7, paid with paypal and received no order confirmation via email. 2 days later I sent an email via their website, asking for a confirmation and an idea of when they would ship- and received no response.
I found this website and called the phone number listed on the review. The call went to voice mail - the recorded message simply was a guy saying "Paul." There was no message identifying the number as a business.
I then decided to get on PayPal which has another phone number. I called the number and got Uncle Jim 's Worm Farm. They said they fulfill/ship for Earthworms4sale.
I explained I purposely did not want to order from Uncle Jim's and did not know I was doing that. (I had read they include other species with their red worms).
Uncle Jim's agreed to refund my money and they were courteous, but I would not do business with Earthworms4sale again, as they seem to be incommunicado
