I ordered what was supposed to be a rare, mature Japanese maple selection. They shipped an undersized tree that looked like a seedling. Moreover, it was clearly diseased (probably canker). My multiple emails to the company were ignored, contrary to their posted guarantee (“ Our plants are guaranteed healthy and true to name at the time of shipment...Please notify us within 6 months if your tree fails to thrive and we will either replace your tree or offer you a credit for future purchase.“). I had to file a credit card charge dispute to try to get my money back. I am out more than $200 (still awaiting resolution). The company knowingly shipped a diseased tree, and purposely ignored my emails informing them of the issue. This is not an honest or reliable business.
