For me, it needs to be in a spot where it gets zero supplemental water; otherwise it’s going to rot. I think mine are too far gone but I may try moving them (now mid-summer) to a spot where sprinklers do not reach it. |

The delphiniums were a little ragged from their journey, but these things happen. All seven plants are healthy. But all five balloon flowers are absolutely tiny: their root systems didn't fill more than 20% of the quart-sized pots they were packed in. (At my local nursery, for what it's worth, I can buy Platycodon in a 4 1/2" pot, with roots sticking out the bottom, for half the price I paid at Romence. I ordered online because I assumed I'd be getting larger plants.) It strikes me as dishonest to market such small plants as quart-sized. |

Still should have been offered a replacement if the initial impatiens were unavailable. |

I ordered a couple of poppies, a foxglove, and a hosta. First there was an issue with my order, which was their fault and they did fix. Second when the plants arrived one of them looked pretty beat, but I was sent a free replacement right away. Overall when I factor in the cost and look at what I got I think I was better off buying from the local nursery. The plants would've been much larger for the same price. However, I did get the exact varieties that I wanted (not that my local nursery wouldn't have ordered them for me if I was so bent on having them). So... all in all, it's a coin toss for me, so I'm keeping the feedback as neutral. |
