I placed a tree on hold at Abbott's Nursery for pickup two days later. I asked if they could text me a picture of the tree so I could make sure my wife approves of the tree before I would drive out to get it. They said sure.

The text never came so I called back the next day and they said they could not text a picture, but they could email it. Great, no problem. I gave them my email address.

The email came so I called back on day three again and the woman said with a tone of frustration "We aren't going to send you a picture, we're too busy for that". Literally. Verbatim.

Are you serious? That's your definition of client service? Someone is about to invest hundreds of dollars with your company and 'you're too busy' to snap a picture and send it. And you speak to them as if they are a headache in your day instead of someone who is purchasing one of your products?

I'm insulted and will not shop there again.
