My husband and I have ordered many varieties of blueberries last fall. Three did not survive. We have been asking for replacement for weeks and we have not received any response. However, just weeks before that, when I was inquring about what's the best thing to do with the new plants, he was able to respond right away. That made me think he's got access to computer/email. But when request for replacement was made, I am not getting any feedback. If he does not want to replace them, so be it. I am never gonna order from them again. If he gives me a feedback, the least, I would have felt differently.

We are disappointed.

So, I am giving them a neutral rating, because today, I received an email telling me that I get the replacement. Thanks for that. I think what they needed to improve on is communication. I buy a lot online - almost everything from clothes, to plants, etc. If you sell your products online, you must make sure that you read your emails, orders all the time. It is so easy to become impatient if you are not getting response right away especially when its about a complaint, response, refund, replacement.
Thanks.

Avoid dealing with this company. I placed an order and never received the plants. I contacted the seller and he admitted that the order was never shipped but then ignored my requests for a refund. I never got my money back.

I'll take back my comment about not getting my money back as I wasn't aware that a refund had been sent to my paypal account, but that was a month and a half after it was promised. All of this could had been avoid had you replied to my emails and let me know what's going on. I am a reasonable person and would understand if you needed time to trace the order.

I may be slow at doing certain things, but a thief I am not. You placed an original order in March of 2008 (invoice #1415), that was shipped in April of 2008. You placed another order in April of 2008 (invoice #1444) for shipment in the Fall of 2008. That order was mistakenly not shipped and I was not notified of that order not being shipped until mid May of 2009. Prior to that you placed another order (invoice #1917) on May 10th of 2009 for a fall 2009 shipment. After we were notified of the misshipment we had to verify through our shipping records which took quite a while to do that since it was over 9 months ago. While investigating the oversight you requested to cancel the last invoice (#1917). That was done and the paypal payment was refunded June 3 2009 (Transaction ID #5TN6674373458104D). Once we also verified the misshipment of #1444 that paypal payment was also refunded on July 15 2009 (Transaction ID #25H00323YM455122K).

I am a Christian man that lives by Christian principles, although I am still human. This is a family owned business and I take care of cuttings, growing, potting, invoices, shipping, etc. I get behind at times it takes a little longer to sort things like this out. What upsets me is that everything was refunded 6 days prior to this posting, but it was still posted stating you never received you money. That sir is simply NOT TRUE."
