Comments regarding Sparra's Nest

Back in Aug 1, I ordered Lily seeds from this company. Paid by paypal. They e-mailed me saying they would send the order on Aug 5. I didn't get the order by the 25th, e-mailed them and since that time they have not replied to any of my dozens of e-mails. I left messages, sent e-mails thru their website, and still no reply, or refund. I checked with my local post office, went to my Ag department, and they even checked with the port of SF/LA to see if they held up the shipment. Nothing .... BEWARE of this company Poor communication
