Comments regarding Dobbies Garden Centres

Very poor. The order never arrived - the courier company they used apparently lost the order. They then resent using another firm who again never delivered. It took me a total of 6 calls to elicit this information over a period of 2 weeks (when the confirmation of order stated delivery within 2 days) and to chase for the promised refund. Which to date has still not arrived. They don't respond to emails either, forcing me to continually call their 0845 number.

A shame, because they looked good on paper. Tesco own a large percentage of this company now (bulbs sold in Tesco look very similar) so I guess this may explain the poorer levels of customer service than I expected. Would not use again.
