In August, 2006, Ia group of us ordered about $100 worth of bulbs through flowerbulb.com to give as a gift to a friend. PayPal is the company who handled the purchase, and I immediately received notice from them that I've paid in full. My friend told me, about 6 weeks later, that she had not received the bulbs and was concerned because her neighbors were already planing them. She feared they were lost in the mail. I have tried to contact the company by email 4 to 5 times and have never received a response from them. I can't find a phone number to call them. I am about to assume that this is a company that doesn't exist. I do not recommend anyone use this company if this is the kind of treatment they give their customers.

I placed two internet orders with flowerbulb.com in November 2003, one on the 12th and one on the following day. The company processed my credit card payments, but I have never received the bulbs I ordered, nor have I received any response to the four emails I sent them.

In February 2004, I tried to contact flowerbulb.com again, this time using the automated complaint form that's available on the website, and requesting my money back. At the same time, I also wrote them a letter, with the details of the 2 orders and a printed copy of the complaint form, and mailed it to the address given on their website.

On March 24, 2004, that letter was returned to me, unopened, with the address marked through.

I'm pretty discouraged by my experience with these guys...at this point, I'm not even sure they exist! Obviously, I don't recommend dealing with flowerbulb.com, unless you like sending your money into the void.
