PayPal is the company who handled the purchase, and I immediately received notice from them that I've paid in full. My friend told me, about 6 weeks later, that she had not received the bulbs and was concerned because her neighbors were already planing them. She feared they were lost in the mail. I have tried to contact the company by email 4 to 5 times and have never received a response from them. I can't find a phone number to call them. I am about to assume that this is a company that doesn't exist. I do not recommend anyone use this company if this is the kind of treatment they give their customers. |
