I attempted to order several plants on ebay, and after I ordered 2 I realized that they were from Green Thumbs Galore, I also saw that the others I wanted to order were also from them. So, I quickly canceled my 2 orders, and got a reply that they were canceled within minutes. This all took about 10 Min. I then went to put those items into my cart, and combine the orders, to save the seller time and shipping for both. But she had blocked me. I have never had anyone do that before, and I have a 100% positive feedback on ebay for over 8 years.

Curious about this, I searched and found the number for them. The owner answered, and she stated that it wasn't business hours. I apologized and said that I would call back during business hours. She stated that I had her on the phone now, and asked what I wanted.

I explaned to her about the ebay issue, and why I did it, and she knew about it, and stated that she would not unblock me on ebay even after I told her why, and that it would benefit us both. She told me that paypal changers her $1 for ever cancellation, I have never experianced this before, and have not been able to find any info to back that up. But that is not relevant after I talked to her, I even stated that I would be more than happy to pay her for that issue, even thow I had no idea that paypal did that.

So, even after apologizing, and explaining to her everything, and offering to make it up to her, she still refused to unblock me. She was not professional, and on the rude side. I'm glad that I called her, and found out what she is like before I wasted any cash on her. I have found another place to order the plants I wanted, and I will be making sure that as many people know about her as possible.

So, over what she claimes was $2, and that I offered to reimburse her for, she not only lost a potential good customer, she got her first negative review on here.

I hope for her it was worth it.

It doesn't change the fact that you were not only rude, but that your actions were unprofessional.

I also had a conversation with a representative from ebay regarding this, and they informed me that you were in the wrong, and that they had never heard of Paypal charging ebay sellers a $1 cancellation fee. She also stated that it was not right for a seller to block a user for simply canceling an order.

Like I told you, I canceled the 2 orders, because I believed it would be beneficial for us both.

So, my intentions were pure, but yours were not.

The ebay representative has provided me with ways of reporting you, and making sure other ebay users know about your blocking rule.

FYI, you can block all you like on ebay, but to do it for the reason you did with me was WRONG, UNPROFESSIONAL, and goes against ebay policy.

I see that you and your business uses other mediums like Facebook. The ones used for business are rightfully and justly subject to ridicule.
