the product is fantastic. the company is horrible. i recently coated my new pond with "grey" pond armor only to find out that it is actually white in color. as i was not at home during the application, i didn't see it until i returned home. i contacted the company and explained that there must have been a mistake. the person there only seemed interested in blaming me rather then try to address the issue. i then offered to buy replacement black paint (at a discount) to fix the problem that was created by them shipping me the wrong product and the the person said absolutely not, become rude and insulting. if you use the product, just make sure you know what you are getting before you order, because once you have it, there is no turning back. terrible customer relations. they lost a customer because of it.

imagine that, here you are yet again attempting to spin the truth. threats and blackmail? are you kidding me? you might want to check the law regarding slander and libel before you get yourself in over your head. if you will read my messages to you (which i know you find difficult) you will see that only after your rude and unprofessional action did i inform you that i would be notifying the BBB and state agency which i have done. that is my right as a consumer. now, if you want to play games, i'll post the entire correspondence here to show people the truth. the fact is and has always been that you are selling a product which you claim is grey but is in reality white. in one of your own rude messages to me, you stated that the "grey" would mimic fresh concrete. i even sent you a pic of the painted pond to show you how far off the color is. yet you only wanted to point fingers and argue that it was my fault. the only fault i have is trusting a company that i should not have trusted. you then suggested that i purchase (at full price) equal parts black and "grey" and mix the 2 to get the color that i wanted. that very statement proved my point. continue to argue as you wish. it's only further exposing your extreme lack of professionalism.
