It arrived damaged, fronds smashed and the stalk loosely attached to root ball. Their website's warranty policy statement is that once product leaves their nursery they are not responsible for any damages and buyer has to deal with shipper, all this despite the shodding packing they did in shipping fern to me. Will never buy from Rolling Thunder Nursery again. |
