Bought 2 Fargesia Rufa a few years ago and planned on buying more. Brutal winter more or less killed off 3/4 of both plants. Have been calling and emailing Jim for over 2 months and can't get the courtesy of any kind of reply. Not expecting him to replace plants but just tell me what to do to save them.
Buyer beware: Once your bamboo is paid for and in the ground, you cease to exist with this company. |
